Joe toots CmCm's horn! Come see us August 9th from 1-4

Joe's Butcher Shop & Fish Market hosts Erin Edds, owner of Country Mouse City Mouse as she shares samples of her wonderful (and we means WONDERFUL!) compound butters and secret sauces this Saturday, August 9th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

This line of compound butters and unique marinades are made with THE FINEST natural and organic ingredients producing complex flavors five, six and seven layers deep. I've used these products on Joe's Fish Market Fresh King Salmon (Jezibel Sauce), My Dad's Sweet Corn and Joe's Amish Chicken (Pecan Chipotle Butter), Joe's Fish Market Fresh Swordfish Steaks (Sunflower Butter), and Joe's Reserve Flat Iron Steaks (Blue Cheese and Balsamic Reduction Butter.)
